Rossendale Hospice have joined together with Hospices across Lancashire and South Cumbria bring to you the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Mega Event. Join other walkers as you take on an exciting 25-mile challenge, trekking to the summits of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.    📅 Saturday 5th September 2026  📍Start at Horton-in-Ribblesdale  🕐 Registration 6:30 am  🎟️ Sign-up fee £30 (Early bird fee only)  🎟️Sign-up fee £45 (Full price) 🥾 £200 fundraising target per walker    IMPORTANT INFO: Registration location: Station Road (field) car park, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, BD24 0HG (£5 for the day) Please bring cash. There is a public toilet near the car park. Parking charges: £5 for the day. Please bring cash. Problems: On the day call us on: 07923103062 The event organisation: The event is being run in partnership between Get Outdoors and the charity. As such, sign up information is shared with the charity involved for the purpose of running the event and communicating its purpose, which is to help raise awareness and funds for the charity. By signing up, you are agreeing to receive information from Get Outdoors and the charity.  Booking terms & conditions (Including cancellation policy): are found here. PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING. Kit: Packed lunches, walking boots, multiple layers and waterproofs (including trousers!) are essential. The weather could be very cold and wet. Please visit our recommended kit list. Whilst on the walk: We ask you to remain with the group and following instructions from Get Outdoors leader(s), who have the final decision in all instances. Dogs: Are not allowed on the event, due to the extreme distance being covered and the number of participants expected. Livestock: If encountered, do not walk too close to livestock or get between a cow and calf. Public rights of way: Please keep to them and respect the landowner’s property at all times. Stiles: are often present on the route to negotiate on this type of walk. Countryside walking: can often include hills and uneven terrain. Our group ethos is to support everyone in the group to achieve their maximum potential in terms of completing the route. As such, we endeavour to walk at a pace all participants are comfortable with. We apologise if this causes any frustration to fitter walkers. Rossendale Hospice are thrilled to launch our first ever pub crawl, bringing together local businesses, supporters, friends and family for a fantastic day of fun, fundraising and community spirit!  Gather your team, put on your walking shoes and join us as we make our way around some of the areas favourite venues, all while raising vital funds to support the care provided by Rossendale Hospice.  Event Details When: Saturday 12th September 2026 Start Location: Edenfield Cricket Club  EARLY BIRD TICKETS £17 PER PERSON  AFTER 1ST SEPTEMBER £22 PER PERSON What's included in your ticket?  Every Participant will recieve:  An exclusive Rossendale Hospice Pub Crawl t-shirt  A handy event guide featuring all participating venues on the trail A great day out with friends, family and fellow supporters  The opportunity to help raise essential funds for local hospice care  Registration and Collection All t-shirts, wristbands and event guides can be collected from Edenfield Cricket Club on the day of the event between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
